The Rates

Prices are for the property per week in Euros
Minimum rental: 7 days
Change over day: Saturday
Arrival time: 4:00 pm or later
Departure time: 10:00 am or before
Other days and times may be considered depending on other rental commitments, with owner approval only
Reservation Policy: Reservations may be made by email or telephone, and will be followed by the execution of a rental agreement.
Rental Fee Policy: 30% of the rental fee is due upon the signing of the rental agreement, which is your reservation deposit, and the remaining 70% of the rental fee is due 4 weeks prior to arrival, per the rental agreement. If rental agreement is signed within 4 weeks of rental, the entire rental fee is due upon signing, along with security deposit(s).
Security Deposit Policy: a refundable security deposit of €2,500, (and with a pet, an additional €1,000) is payable at the time the remaining 70% of rental fee is paid or when the rental agreement is signed within 4 weeks prior to rental, and is returned normally within 2 weeks of departure, if no damage has occurred.
Cancellation Policy: if we find another renter for your dates at your price, we will return any money sent (minus bank and administrative charges).
