A wonderful hidden treasure.

We spent an amazing week with the entire family in this beautifully renovated Mas. This was the perfect place for 3 generations of our family: a great pool, a big courtyard for our children of 1.5 and 4.5 yrs to roam and play, plenty of cosy seating areas around the beautiful 300 year old tree and very comfortable bed & bathrooms. The service was also perfect and the local ‘housekeeper’ was very responsive to any question we had and resolved them very rapidly. There is plenty to visit within a 15 min drive, with lovely villages and local markets. We hope to be back one day!

A magnificent 18th century Mas, pool and acres of private land, the house location was fantastic and absolutely beautiful!

The number of bedrooms with private baths made this house perfect for small groups. The home was well equipped and the staff was so helpful during our stay. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful home in the Luberon!

To be in Provence for almost a month was a splendid adventure for which we are most appreciative.

Thanks to my dad who had the brilliant idea to rent this warm spot in the dead of East Coast winter. A magical, storybook place for our family and to come together and enjoy all the wonders that Provence has to offer. Thank you for two lovely weeks at Le Tresor Cache.

We were five couples who thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in our beautiful Luberon house. We have been to south of France at least three times before but we feel we were best placed at Le Tresor Cache; every day some of us travelled to new towns and villages and never ran out of options. Rest and recuperation always possible by the beautiful pool- avec les gins et tonics. Would have to add that we have never stayed in such a well equipped kitchen and very grateful to host [house manager] Beverly who always responded quickly if we had any requests. A memorable holiday location and some truly memorable meals. Mille fois merci.

From your kind greetings when we arrived, to every little detail in the home. This house is a winner.

Centrally located in the Luberon Valley – close to many beautiful villages. The house is beautiful – spacious and well decorated bedrooms, a well equiped large kitchen, beautiful indoor and outdoor dining areas and a refreshing pool area – perfect for a dip and a nap after a day of exploring. We had a wonderful stay at Le Tresor Cache, last week.

We were three families with six adults and six children ages 10-19. This home provided everything we needed both in terms of amenities and location. The pictures do not do justice to the size of the Mas, in our opinion, or the outdoor living space that is important to summer travelers with kids. We most enjoyed the flow between the interior and the outdoor living spaces that were all interconnected. The outdoor space is where we spent most afternoons after day-trips to the markets and surrounding towns nearby and far as Marseille-all within ten minutes to an hour and a half drive from the house. The outdoor space encompassed the outdoor living room area that had very comfortable seating for all, a covered outdoor dining room/kitchen with fireplace, an additional space for dining in the courtyard under the gorgeous plane tree, and the pool area including an outdoor bathroom and changing house, a pergola and seating areas by the pool. The pool was great…big in comparison…to other houses…it was perfect space for both adults and kids to each enjoy the beautiful afternoons and evenings…There was plenty of sleeping space, several places for the kids of different interests and ages to hang out, and opportunity for those who needed to remain connected to the world beyond Bonnieux for partial working vacations, to do so. Who knew three families would have over 30 Apple devices on vacation? Le Tresor Cache is a modernized Mas that truly responded to the different needs of everyone in our big group! The kitchen had every gadget and appliance we needed…With close proximity to the local farms, and local vineyards, we enjoyed fresh picked Cavaillon melons each morning and frequented the farm stands that were stocked with over 15 varieties of heirloom tomatoes and other local produce…We recommend this home given the incredible outdoor living space! We had a fabulous week at Le Tresor Cache and can highly recommend it…to rent in the beautiful Luberon area.

Its location close to the D900 makes it an ideal springboard for day trips to all the surrounding picturesque towns and villages. The house itself is an absolute treat! This house is magnificent.

We absolutely loved the place. The house is fantastic and the location puts you so close to some of the most wonderful villages. Our week was spent in pretty much the same fashion: we would get up in the morning, breakfast at the house and then strike out for one of the “must see” villages (which include Gordes, Goult, Rousillon, Lacoste and Isle sur le Sorgue.) The antique market at Isle sur le Sorgue is great. We had lunch in the villages and made sure to go on market day so we could shop for food and wine to bring home. Almost every dinner was under the big tree in the courtyard at the house.

Our daughter Clara had a school assignment for this year: to pick a house to build. The children were totally free to choose the house they wanted. Last weekend she finished the house and here you have the results. As you can see, she picked the house we stayed in Bonnieux and she tried to reproduce it. My family and I had a wonderful time at Tresor Cache.

We had 5 adults and 3 kids and the villa provided an immense amount of space – we could have easily accommodated another 4-5 people. The villa itself was stunning – beautiful decor, gorgeous pool area, and really nice vistas of the surrounding area. The location was perfect – very close to Bonnieux, Gordes, Menerbes, and Goult. Angelina, the housekeeper, was incredibly warm and welcoming – she is also an excellent cook – she made wonderful family meals for us on several occasions. Overall we loved it and would definitely love to come back.
